This company has over 15 years of experience in software development. Most of it was software for laboratories, hospitals and industries to make live a little easier.
The expertise was mainly in control software for robotic systems, analytic instruments and database applications. Many of these applications were combined with high-tech sub-projects for the development of motor control, embedded systems, image recognition and speech recognition.

Many of these applications are still in use around the world. Amazingly a lot of applications last for over five to 10 years. Sometimes dating back to the MS-DOS period. The fact that industries and hospitals still use these ancient software, proves that they were build to satisfy the customer, and replacement software can be expensive or is unable to equal it's simplicity.

This company creates primarily Windows applications which can match the requirements and will give the user the feeling of simplicity. Because software is a tool. It should not control the users, but help them to finish the job.

Free software
The goal is to distribute free software, and sell a professional version. With the professional version you can get support and free updates. Each customer has different needs. The existing applications from Surtel ST can be updated or changed to meet the requirements of your working environment. Also integration of third party software or hardware is possible. 	January 19, 2008 Expect to kick-off soon This company is not yet up and running. The goal is to start somewhere in February 2008. We are up to our ears in financial matters, taxes and legal contracts. If these are sorted out, submitted to the correct offices and if we receive the green light, then we are in business. But what is our business? As a matter of fact, you can influence this. The major part of this company will be the development of custom made software projects. Ones a project has been evaluated and accepted, the company will be committed to it, making it a part of our business.
